Handy location for visiting Whitby as it's within walking distance to the Abbey and pubs restaurants. Down-side, parking spot will only accommodate a small car. Owner doesn't rectify problems highlighted by previous occupants such as stinky bathroom drains and a noisy boiler.

It would be 5 out of 5 but we didnt expect the ceilings to be soooo low in the bedroom. In general very clean and well maintained. In photos looks bigger. Its tiny in real life
